If the link doesn’t appear\, please try refreshing your browser. \nIn this session\, we’ll give you information about: \n\nThe history\, lineage\, and teachers of KCC;\nThe practice and study opportunities offered by KCC;\nFundamental principles of Buddhism;\nBasic sitting meditation practice\, including a short\, guided session; and\nHow to participate at KCC.\n\nThe session is intended for individuals who are either unfamiliar with Buddhist practice or are new to KCC.
